Mica upon silver stretchyness






















Though the photos make it hard to tell (I will try to get up a clearer one), the stone here is a shining chunk of mica (the stuff that makes our soil so super sparkly) laden sedimentary rock, found at Wissahickon Park. It is on a piece of silver stretch cord (looks like a a silver snake chain) and has a gold tone wire wrap.
